What we deliver at Aerobility

Funded Programmes for Ages 12-18

This programme was launched to introduce young people with learning disabilities and/or physical impairments aged between 12 and 18 years to the magic of flight. This programme aims to use aviation as a tool to provide young people with transferable skills that they can take in to education and employment.

This programme has the same aim as the Junior Aviation Course but is totally ground-based. Over 16 sessions participants will be introduced to a range of aviation careers that can be achieved without stepping foot in a cockpit. This programme is suitable for young people aged between 12 and 18 years with learning and/ or physical disabilities and is run by volunteers who have worked across the aviation industry.

Aspire-Ability is made up of four components. Each experience provides a bespoke learning opportunity that collectively forms one incredible kick-start in any aviation journey.
