Concession: £110 (Disability Rate) SOLD OUT - Purchase of this ticket is for the disabled community ONLY. If you are being accompanied by your carer, they also will need to purchase a CONCESSION rate ticket at £110. You must purchase two separate concession tickets, one for yourself and one for your carer.

Please note that you will not receive a physical ticket - you and your guests will be added to the guestlist, and you will receive a booking confirmation upon purchase.

Accommodation

Please note that accommodation needs to be booked directly with the hotel of your choice:

Fairmont Windsor Park: We have secured a discounted rate for ball guests- prices start at £325 for a single room and £350 for a double B&B. Hotel guests have access to the spa during their stay. You will be emailed information on how to book when you have purchased your tickets.

Travel and Parking

There is plenty of complimentary parking at Fairmont Windsor Park for hotel guests and ball guests alike. We will also supply contact numbers for local taxi companies nearer the time.

Dress Code

Black Tie. Dress to impress! Serving military may wear mess dress, including medals if desired.

Seating

The optimum seating is 10 per table. However, we can accommodate up to 12. Groups and partners will be seated together as a priority. If you are not coming in a group, and have other friends in attendance, please let deborah@aerobility.com know and we will endeavour to seat you together.

Cancellations and refunds

Please note, we only offer refunds under extenuating circumstances. Please always get in touch as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, as reselling your ticket could be a possibility.
