'Inspire-ability' - an evening with Nick Glover, former executive jet captain.
Enjoy an evening in the company of former executive jet captain and Aeroblity instructor Nick Glover.
Nick always dreamed of a life in the world of aviation. Nick started his aviation career at Heathrow Airport with British Airways holding many ground handling and operational positions. In 1979 Nick commenced a 19 year position in the Executive Flight Service providing ground handling to VIP and private flights.
During this time Nick had spent 12 years working towards his real dream to take to the skies. He had worked his way through his PPL, BCPL, Instructors Rating, ATPL and Instrument Rating all in his spare time.
Nick left British Airways in 1998 and landed a job flying executive jets at Farnborough where he worked for 4 years flying the Citation and HS125.
After the company went bust in 2002 Nick spent a short time flying from the south of France before returning to the UK to secure the job of his dreams, flying a Falcon 900: partly for his boss and partly chartering. This led to a fantastic mix of flying with a mix of destinations and passengers.
Join us to hear how Nick achieved his dream in the face of adversity and reveals the secrets of the more exclusive side of Aviation.
